„SLOVAK CENTRAL UNION FOR SPORT‘S ATV MOTORING"
(according to rule Nr. 83/1990 at collection of laws about association of inhabitants)
The Segment 1
The main statute
•1. SLOVAK CENTRAL UNION FOR SPORT‘S ATV MOTORING (all-terrain vehicles) short ATV SLOVAKIA in the reason of law Nr. 83/1990 law reports is the voluntary association of inhabitants for the purpose of satisfaction their sympathy and individual needs in way of motoring's sport. In the sociable life in Slovakia too.
•2. The name of association is „SLOVAK CENTRAL UNION FOR SPORT‘S ATV MOTORING" (next only „ATV SLOVAKIA").
•3. The location of ATV SLOVAKIA is: Kostany nad Turcom 181, 038 41
•4. ATV SLOVAKIA is the voluntary association by law Nr. 83/1990 at collection of laws as amended by later's instructions.
•5. The Political activity in ATV SLOVAKIA is not allowable.
•6. In the name of ATV SLOVAKIA practise The President, ( if he is not attendant practise The Vice President) or the person who have the authorization form.
The Segment 2
The responsibilities and the sending
•1. The responsibitilies and the sending is to defend claims and sriorities the members of ATV SLOVAKIA and to afford services own members in-all terrain vehicles.
•2. The responsibitilies and the sending is take the place of members with the authorities of the Civil Service and other organisations.
•3. The responsibitilies and the sending is the orgtanizational provision of activities ATV SLOVAKIA.
•4. The responsibitilies and the sending is create conditions, to support and organization of specialistic activity in way all-terrain vehicles in territory of Slovakia.
•5. The responsibitilies and the sending is the development of sport's culture and all-terain vehicles.
•6. ATV SLOVAKIA originate for education to sport's activity of young and adults too.
•7. The responsibitilies and the sending is organisation of development and form the conditions for interest own members to sport undertaking in Slovak Republic and abroad at the level of representation Slovak Republic.
•8. The responsibitilies and the sending is organisation of the sport's races, the championship of Slovakia and International races in the territory of Slovakia and go to similar races abroad.
•9. The responsibitilies and the sending is methodical organisation clubs and sport's division in territory of Slovakia to combine sportsmen and people who are interesting in this motoring all-terrain vehicles.
•10. ATV SLOVAKIA will try if this spor is International respect and will try create to world federation all-terrain vehicles.
The Segment 3
The membership
•1. The member of ATV SLOVAKIA can be the person, person who is younger like 18 years old with the lettering agreement parent at Office atest and the persom who can not be an inhabitant of Slovak Republic and legal person who agree with this Statute. These persons will subserve the view ATV SLOVAKIA.
•2. The membership in ATV SLOVAKIA is voluntary and non-negotiable to other person.
•3. The membership originate of the application which is lettering (electronic) and pay the membership allowance.
•4. The membership to dissolve
•a) The voluntary appearance
•b) The disqualification
•c) If the member do not pay member's allowance for season in the defined term
•d) If the member died or destruction of corporate body
•e) If ATV SLOVAKIA will defunct company
•f) If the member is not active
•g) If the member break the membership responsibilities or other important reasons. About the disqualification determine the supervisory board. For resolution can the member give the reference to the President.
•5. About the disqualification if the member break The Statute will decide the supervisory board and the President.
•6. The document about the membership is lettering evidence that will be in webpage.
•7. The president, the vice president and the supervisory board can give „fair membership" to own members, the workers, but not members too and other national dependents for the development about ATV SLOVAKIA.
•8. The member of ATV SLOVAKIA can be the body corporate who relate with ATV SLOVAKIA and in which the members are (sport's association, commercial company). This membership is the associate membership.
The Segment 4
The law and the responsibilities of members
and the associate membership
•1. The member has the law to vote and to be vote to organ ATV SLOVAKIA.
•2. The member has the law to give information about own sctivity at website.
•3. The member has the law take part in ATV SLOVAKIA.
•4. The member has the law to give the theme and complaing to ATV SLOVAKIA and he can to ask about the viewpoint and the member get the answer to 60 days.
•5. The member has the law to be informed about the activity and about the resolution of organ ATV SLOVAKIA by internet.
•6. The member has the responsibility keep The Statute.
•7. The member has the responsibility to pay per year the membership fee which determine the President.
•8. The member has the responsibility to help at stuffing of destination Civil union and actively participate on it.
•9. The member has the responsibility to help to organ ATV SLOVAKIA according to own conscience, to decision and abilities.
•10. The member has the responsibility to protect and support the property of ATV SLOVAKIA.
•11. The member of ATV SLOVAKIA can be the corporate body who's activity relative with the destinations of ATV SLOVAKIA and with territory in which ATV SLOVAKIA and the members work (the sport's unions, the commercial companies). This seat has the statute of membership seat.

The Organs
The Organs of ATV SLOVAKIA are:

•3. Supervisory board

The Segment 6
President
•1. The sovereign organ of ATV SLOVAKIA is President who is elected in General meeting mostly votes one per twelve years, according to the internal rule about elected the organs of ATV SLOVAKIA.
•2. President:
•a) to supply ATV SLOVAKIA in connection to organ of state's management or to other organizations,
•b) to evidence of members of ATV SLOVAKIA and member's charges too,
•c) to decide and to evidence about using member's charges,
•d) to nominate the yearly member's charge and to determine the term paying it
•e) respond to information at website,
•f) respond to evidence about the documentation of ATV SLOVAKIA,
•g) to refer to Supervisory board the reference about using member's charges,
•h) to decide about the agreement and the changes of The Statute by the impulse of majority votes the members of ATV SLOVAKIA.
The Segment 7
Vice president
Vice president is the powerful organ of ATV SLOVAKIA who is elected in General meeting mostly votes one per twelve years, according to the internal rule about elected the organs of ATV SLOVAKIA. Vice president supply in absence President.
The Segment 8
Supervisory board
•1. Supervisory board is independent organ to control President of ATV SLOVAKIA.
•2. Supervisory board is elected in General meeting of ATV SLOVAKIA and consist of minimum three optional members of ATV SLOVAKIA.
•3. Supervisory board introduce the application of option new President.
The Segment 9
Inspector
Inspector is independent organ and he is elected in General meeting. Inspector practise the inspection of management union. Inspector inform about the results authorities with the project at correction arrangements.
The Segment 10
General meeting
General meeting to create all members of union. General meeting select President, Vice president, Supervisory board and Inspector. General meeting refer to President the application about chande of The Statute.
The Segment 11
The property and the management
•1. The property of ATV SLOVAKIA create the financial funds, the corporeal and incorporeal property, the receivables and other properties laws.
•2. The source of the property are:
•a) the allowance from own members,
•b) the presents from the person and the body corporate,
•c) the receipts from sport, tourism and other community service ATV SLOVAKIA
•d) the receipts from the advertising and the rental own property, from selling the property and the law of ATV SLOVAKIA,
•e) the receipts from business enterprise which finalize the organs of ATV SLOVAKIA and which is in harmony with law instructions Slovak Republic (educational coursies, technical solutions, models, etc.)
•f) the receipts from the deposit in the banking institution, the accounts and the returns from the shares of Stock Exchantges,
•g) the returns from the grants from persons and the body corporate,
•h) the returns from the property and from own activities can be use only for the destination ATV SLOVAKIA. To create own font can ATV SLOVAKIA create the bussiness activities which be connected with the destination and message of ATV SLOVAKIA in line with general appointment and The Statute.
•3. ATV SLOVAKIA can keep the gainful activities for the support ATV SLOVAKIA and can create or to input like the member, the associate, the stock-holder and other to the body corporate in sympathy of message of ATV SLOVAKIA.
•4. To afford the financial facilities to the persons and to the body corporaties interesting in activities ATV SLOVAKIA.
•5. The management of ATV SLOVAKIA will be create in generaly obligatory appointments and the valid legislation. The accounting term is one calendar year.
•6. The management is carried by the approval budget.
The Segment 12
The destruction of organisation
•1. President decide about the destruction ATV SLOVAKIA.
•2. Supervisory board designate the liquidator at the destruction.
The Segment 13
The close and the temporary provision
•1. President create showing this Statute and the solution of case which is not contained in it.
•2. This Statute is valid in approved of the constituent member who's create preparatory committee too.
•3. This Statute is valid when are registered at Interior Department Slovak Republic.
•4. The preparatory committee supply ATV SLOVAKIA to finalize this Statute and vote all organs. The preparatory committee refer this Statute for registration.
